About Trio

Founded in 2025, Trio Arts Academy was born from a conversation about the future of performing arts education. As three highly experienced musical theatre professionals, we identified a gap. We believe there’s a place where high-level training meets industry-level expertise but is delivered in a fun and unique environment. Where children are encouraged to perform through exploration of self and grow within a community that champions one another.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all. She has loved every minute of Trio Arts, and I've seen her confidence grow so much since she started. We are so grateful for all the support and encouragement you give her.

Seeing our daughter so confident at 5 years old and just loving life was really special. You could see the effort you had put into the costumes and set and I really felt that added to the production and experience.

OUR team

Introducing Abi, Ella & Jemima, three highly experienced musical theatre professionals with a shared passion for performing, teaching and inspiring the next generation. Our friendship began during a summer of teaching and continued to grow over the following years. Along the way, we bonded over our love of teaching and our shared ambition to one day create a performing arts school of our own.

In 2025, that dream became Trio.

While we each continue to have connections within the professional industry, our passion for teaching has always been at the heart of what we do. In fact, our professional experience has become a huge part of what makes Trio so special, allowing us to bring real industry knowledge, experience and insight into the classroom. We believe it’s important for our students to see that performing isn’t just something you learn about, it’s something you can live.

We want to share our love for performing, creating and teaching with every student who walks through our doors, encouraging them to dream big, believe in themselves and discover that you really can do it all.
