About Trio
Founded in 2025, Trio Arts Academy was born from a conversation about the future of performing arts education. As three highly experienced musical theatre professionals, we identified a gap. We believe there’s a place where high-level training meets industry-level expertise but is delivered in a fun and unique environment. Where children are encouraged to perform through exploration of self and grow within a community that champions one another.
What we do
Sing
Gaining an understanding of all genres of musical theatre. Singing confidently as a soloist and a member of an ensemble.
Dance
Learning many styles of dance from jazz to hip hop, contemporary to Latin. Gain skills in rhythm, stamina, strength and style!
Act
Learn the basics of stage craft and build confidence in performance skills. Explore iconic scripts straight from the West End and Broadway.

Who are we and how did we meet?
We are Abi, Ella and Jemima and we met whilst teaching a workshop of The Addams Family.
What made us start Trio?
Since 2019 we’ve been honing our teaching craft across all performing arts disciplines. Our united passion for inspiring the next generation of artists led us to create Trio Arts Academy.
What are we excited for?
We love a show! Lights, set, costumes, props, the whole shebang! We can’t wait to put a performance together for the Trio community… oh, and the merch.
